Kind Words About Nicky..

"I have known Nicky Sadd for 6+ years (lost count!) and during that time she has worked part-time for Gordon and I helping us with the many and varied household chores of a busy family of 5. Nicky has also been involved in assisting with many company-related chores, teaching all 3 of my children to cook and assisting my elderly mother (with early dementia) on hospital visits.
Nicky’s positive attitude and sunny disposition mean she will give anything a go. We have found her to be reliable, responsible, honest, hardworking, and best of all she gets on with the task at hand. She has a special way with my mum who feels very comfortable in her care when visiting the hospital.
Over the years Nicky has become a good friend and we are very sad to see her go. We wish her much happiness and all of the very best in her next chapter of life."

"I am pleased to say that Nicky Sadd has made such an impression on our lives, it feels like I’m speaking about the qualities of a sister. Nicky arrived to help care for my Dad nearly three years ago, and we could not have been more fortunate. Dad has been persevering through late stage kidney failure, which amounted to all sorts of ailments. She was a gun on all duties to do with his health, including taking care of skin issues, toilet and shower, haircuts, diet, doctors visits, hospital visits, bed sores, all of his pills, which were complex and ever-changing.
She is a whizz on the nursing fundamentals, wound care, bandaging, and all of the different products required, having spent some time working in aged care, her knowledge is keen. Nicky and Dad built a friendship and understanding together, which meant that Dad felt in the best care possible. She was devoted to his welfare. Nicky has a sensitivity that can easily intuit the needs of others, and she’s ferocious in seeking out the best for people.
Though primarily taking care of Dad, Nicky has always lent a hand in other aspects of the household. She is highly proactive, thoughtful, honest, and great company. If there was an outstanding quality, that made the biggest difference to my Dad’s wellbeing, it was laughter, the laughter they shared was brilliant, wild. heart-warming, and utterly assuring."

"It is my pleasure to provide a reference for Nicky. I wholeheartedly recommend her. She worked with us keeping our house in order for over seven years. She was more than a cleaner, every Thursday we would come home to a beautiful home. Not only clean but with many extra touches like how she arranged the kids toys and the pillows on the couch. She is trustworthy and kind."

"We have known Nicky for the past seven years in that time she has been a big part of snowball Manor. Nicky is an awesome young Lady with a great passion for caring for the young and elderly.
Nicky has a high standard of work ethic and a good eye for detail in what she does with her passion for cooking... preparing meals for our guest's Breakfast and evening meals.
Nicky also helped with the cleaning of rooms and making beds. We wish Nicky all the very best in her new business. If anyone has any questions or would like to more, please let me know."

"I have known Nicky Sadd for over 5 years when she first started working as a house cleaner for me. I have always found Nicky to be extremely competent, professional and reliable. She clearly takes great care and pride in the work she does for me. As Nicky frequently cleans our house when no one is at home, it has been important to me to know that she is so trustworthy. When anyone in my family has been at home when Nicky cleans, she has always been friendly and engaging. I have also valued Nicky’s initiative, thoroughness and
the extra thoughtful touches that she gives.
I have over 35 years’ experience as a lawyer and believe I am a good judge of character. I have high expectations of people I work alongside and I would not hesitate in recommending Nicky to a future employer, or to someone who requires a character testimonial for her.
I am going to miss Nicky and the tremendous work that she has done for me."

Nicky Sadd has worked for us for over three years. She started in early May 2022 and was engaged to carer for my late husband, Alastair, while I went to the UK for two months. 1 returned to an incredibly well run house and happy partner! He was healthy, organised and positive; he was beautifully cared for in my absence and this, combined with the help of our GP and nurses meant we were able to keep him at home until his sad demise in January of this year .
She worked for four days a week and combined full on caring - eg showering and personal care with cooking delicious food each day, attending to a lot of laurry and generally keeping the house warm and cosy- Nicky's unfailing good humour, hard work and determination sees that things get 'done Nothing is too much for her and she happily takes instructions from everyone equally — a rage thing indeed.
She manages to combine her professional carer training with her own life experiences to create a very special person. Anyone who engages Nicky will be extremely lucky. She gives 110% and always with a 'good grace' Her cheerful disposition raises everyones spirits and makes each day a new and exciting one. This is so important with and older and ill person who needs this positivity and structured day.

"Nicky has cleaned my home on a fortnightly basis, 2 hours each time, for several years. Nicky has been punctual, done a thorough job and always greeted me with a happy smile. She is moving to Marlborough, I will be sad to lose her services, and can recommend Nicky to any future employer.
I wish Nicky all the best for the future."
